Connie Rusynyk is a distinguished and forward-thinking business leader and strategist. She brings over twenty years of extensive strategic planning, servant leadership, and business development experience helping healthcare organizations break through and elevate their enterprises to another level. She is recognized as a highly sought-after and prominent leader in healthcare and innovative executive. In 2005, Connie embarked on a new journey serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of a start-up healthcare company, Halcyon Rehab. She built the $120M in revenue rehabilitation and therapy organization from the ground up including developing and leading operations, clinical education, recruitment, human resources, and financial management. Connie created and propelled the strategic direction for the multi-site organization spanning 120 facilities across multiple states. Prior to her time with Halcyon Rehab, Connie held senior level management positions including Vice President for Select Therapies.

Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Cleveland State University and is a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist. Connie enjoys creating and developing strong teams in business, while fostering positive company culture and growth. She also is the Founder of Brain Health Matters, a non-profit organization, and the President of Peridot Property Management, LLC.

In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time with her 2 standard poodles, Sophie and Oliver, and her toy poodle, Finnegan! Connie also enjoys riding the Peloton bike, traveling, and spending time in nature!
