Jeri leads an outstanding Programs team that provides home and community-based services aimed at keeping seniors and their families active, healthy, and living independently. Born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, Jeri received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and her Masters in Public Health from the University of Hawaii. She has worked in the public and non-profit sectors doing community development, health education, and program management. Jeri moved to Sacramento in 2004 after living in a variety of places and joined ACC in 2016, first as a volunteer, and then as staff member in 2017. Sacramento is home now, where she and her husband are raising their family, taking care of her mom, puttering in their garden and taking off to the beach whenever possible.
