ACC hosted the first Japan Day featuring cooking demonstrations, cultural presentations, Musubi competition and more! An afternoon celebrating heritage and culture. Over 140 attendees wiped the snack bar clean of homemade Spam Masubi, Shoyu Weenies and Somen! During the afternoon, attendees got to taste test freshly made mochi (machine & microwave), age stuffed with somen and last but not least, a variety of Musubi contest entries.
