ACC’s remarkable work helps older adults live healthy, active, and purposeful lives by providing vital services such as housing, transportation, social services, and lifelong learning.

 ACC has become one of the dynamic and responsive organizations for older adults in the region, but we rely on charitable contributions to make our services accessible to those who need it the most.

Each year, ACC helps thousands of older adults in Sacramento get healthcare, housing, transportation, and social services. In 2019, we kept them engaged with more than 2,700 class sessions and wellness workshops. We provided more than 30,000 rides and more than 29,000 days of long-term care. Our home visits have given hope and help to people who are homebound and living alone.
