Jill is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department of ACC Senior Services and in partnership with Meals on Wheels by ACC.  Jill’s focus areas include: talent recruitment for all ACC business lines, talent management, benefits and compensation to name just a few.  Jill comes to ACC with over 20 years of experience serving various leadership roles within the Human Resources field.   Jill has worked for national and international organizations as a change agent, working with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organizations priorities.  Most recently as Director of Human Resources for StemExpress during the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

Jill earned her Bachelors from Notre Dame de Namur University with a concentration in Human Services and Counseling and has earned the license of Senior Professional Human Recourses, SPHR.
