Assisted Living at ACC

ACC provides assisted living private studio and one-bedroom apartments for residents who are looking for social and supportive community life among friends and peers.  Assisted Living at ACC promotes well-being through social engagement, nutritious chef-prepared meals, psychosocial support, and help with everyday tasks when needed. 

Supportive independence within our assisted living communities allows you the ability to have care services when you need them, flexible to your care needs, and personalized from our a-la-carte schedule of services. 

Individual care plans are created for those desiring additional care support.  Care support services of Assisted Living include 24-hour care team assistance, medication management, showering or personal grooming assistance, and other hands-on care from our schedule of care services.  Like a fingerprint, your care plan is uniquely yours and changes as your needs change allowing you to age-in-place within our communities.

Hospitality services include: three chef-prepared meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation assistance, and a variety of social and wellness activities all provided with ACC’s renowned level of exceptional quality and service. 

Our Assisted Living apartments are unique to each property and include one-bedroom apartments, suitable for couples or individuals, and studio apartments designed for efficiency and affordability.
