ACC Maple Tree Village offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services to older adults in the greater Sacramento, California region.

ACC Maple Tree Village is nestled among the mature Oak trees and lush green scape, in the prestigious Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, residents can enjoy a stroll along the tree lined streets or a quick trip to the local coffee shop.

Featuring a state-of-the-art design and a focus on accessibility, Maple Tree Village minimizes safety barriers found in a traditional home, leaving residents with more time and energy for social engagement with friends & family.

Residents enjoy a sense of community and independence while receiving the additional level of help desired. Each resident’s personalized service plan is unique and custom-built to their individual needs. An a-la-carte care schedule allows residents to age-in-place with the care and support that matches their needs today and future goals.

Dedicated Memory Care Neighborhood

Maple Tree Village features a specialized neighborhood of 30 apartments supporting those with cognitive changes and those diagnosed with various forms of dementia.

In our supportive and secure environment, residents have their own private accommodations with a full private bathroom. The Memory Care neighborhood features indoor/outdoor living along with easy-to-navigate activity and dining spaces.

Residents enjoy a fully landscaped outdoor courtyard with walking paths, raised flower & vegetable gardens, a therapeutic water feature, two fully equipped living rooms with large screen televisions and a spa room for that personal touch.

Delayed egress exits and wander-guard systems add an additional layer of safety to the Memory Care neighborhood.
