Are you welcoming new residents?

Yes, we are always welcoming new residents.  We have steps in place to welcome new residents safely, including pre-admission Covid-19 testing.  Please inquire today about our move-in process and reserve your apartment.

What are you doing to sanitize and protect?

At Maple Tree Village, we have a comprehensive sanitization schedule covering all high touch areas, common spaces and residential apartments.  Staff remained masked while on shift, along with practice proper hand-washing and universal precautions.  We use approved cleaning products to kill active viruses.

What PPE are you using to stop the spread of COVID-19?

Virus mitigation is one of our top priorities at Maple Tree Village.  Staff is using all appropriate PPE when caring for residents.  Along with mask-wearing, residents and staff are asked to maintain a social distance any time possible.  Sanitizing stations have been installed in all common areas, along with easy-to-access handwashing stations throughout the community. 

Can residents have visitors and guests?

Yes, visitors are welcome! Friends and family are always welcome 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. For guest and resident convenience, we have a covered drop-off/pick-up roundabout in the front of the community.

Is there any type of building security at ACC Maple Tree Village?

Maple Tree Village has 24-hr staff on duty.  Maple Tree Village utilizes a motion-sensitive security camera system to monitor actions after-hours.

What are the residency requirements?

ACC Maple Tree Village welcomes seniors age 62 and older of all race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and marital status.  With a qualifying physician’s report and care assessment, each resident will have a customized service plan upon move-in.

What does my monthly fee include?

Your monthly fee includes 3 meals per day plus snacks & beverages, social and wellness classes and opportunities, convenience services (emergency call pendant, housekeeping, transportation services, maintenance) along with all household utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric).  We also include basic Comcast cable TV service and community WiFi at no additional charge.

How are meals provided?

ACC Maple Tree Village features a full-service culinary team.  Meals are prepared on-site and are served in each of our neighborhood dining rooms.  We feature chef’s specials of the day, along with an everyday menu from which residents may choose. Having individually plated meals served family-style, residents can order what they like, along with customizing their portion size.

Are there washers and dryers?

Yes, there are laundry rooms for resident use.  In addition, we offer bed linen service with our weekly housekeeping service. The laundry machines are complimentary. For those preferring personal laundry service, we have a weekly laundry service for an additional monthly fee.

What types of activities are available to me?

ACC Maple Tree Village has an extensive and engaging activities program, driven by residents and executed by staff. Our monthly newsletter includes a calendar of activities, outings, shopping trips and transportation schedules. Just to name a few, we offer Bingo, fitness classes, guest speakers, art classes, outings and more.
